Chocolate Covered Matzah
Box of Matzah
2 sticks of margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Parve Chocolate Chips
Mix margarine and brown sugar on stove at medium heat:
Once it caramelizes, brush carmel on matzah. Put matzah in over at 350 degree for 7-10 minutes.
Take out of oven and put chocolate chips on top.
Place back in over for less than one minute. Spread melted chocolate over entire piece of matzah. Let cool.
Once cooled, placed in refrigerator to harden. Break matzah in pieces to serve.
